  • When to order music box for it to be delivered on time?

    We recommend placing an order at least 5 weeks before you need the custom melody music box. Luckily, you can sign up for such a reminder here - Reminder Form
  • Where is my order?

    Once your order has been shipped out, you will also get a Shipping Confirmation email.
