Yes, you can still add engraving after the music box order has been placed. As long as it hasn't been fulfilled or shipped out yet.
However, you won't be able to generate a design using our Online Customizer anymore.

❗In this scenario, there are 2 Types of Engraving to choose from:
→ Basic Engraving (Price: $20 per surface)
a. you will provide the design and we will engrave (you can make the design via Canva or a designing software. Then send the .SVG file to us)
b. Text only engraving, choosing from our 4 available fonts.
→ Custom Design Engraving (Price: $60 per surface)
If you want a more complicated design, we will make the design for your and engrave. (e.g, "I Love You" surrounded by flowers)
💡 Guidelines in making your own Engraving Design:
1• The design should be clear black on white background
2• With simple, defined lines
3• No blurs, no gradients, not pixelated
4• Higher resolution for better engraving output
5• If you are sending the file to us, please make background transparent and export design in .SVG (vector) format
*Tip: Outline / line art type design works better for engraving!
